Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order.
No cancellations are entertained for any products that have been purchased from Kate Kerdi Home under special occasions like offers, discounts etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online within 24 hours from purchase. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been Shipped / delivered to you.
In order to cancel an order / Product, write an email to info@katekerdihome.com with your Order no. and reason for cancelling the order. We will be sending you a confirmation email for the cancelled order.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the status by email.
