Product Availability

If a Product became unavailable after placing an order for some reason, Kate Kerdi Home shall inform the client as soon as possible and offer to either replace the product ordered with a different one or to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product Delivery

Delivery time varies according to the item purchased, expected delivery times are listed below:

Tables are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from purchase date.

Candles & Accessories are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from purchase date.

Wall Murals are delivered within 2 weeks from purchase date.

Products can currently be delivered within the City of Muscat. Outside this area, Kate Kerdi Home can reject an order or only accept it after estimating the adjusted shipping costs that will be required by this delivery. The delivery costs shall be stated during the ordering process. 

In case of late delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances, the client should contact Kate Kerdi Home to find out the additional timeframe needed for the delivery. If the delivery still doesn’t take place upon the additional timeframe given to the client, they may cancel their order by contacting Kate Kerdi Home. The client will then be refunded within fourteen days following Kate Kerdi Homes' receipt of the request for cancellation.

Clients must however ensure that the delivery information provided remains correct until the Products ordered have been received. The clients, therefore, commit to inform Kate Kerdi Home about any changes in their delivery address and/or contact details that occur between the placing of the order and the delivery by sending an e-mail. Failing this, Kate Kerdi Home shall not be liable for delivery delays or errors.
