Once the client chooses their items, places them in the cart, and goes ahead with the payment process, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the client with the summary of their order. Sending this confirmation e-mail acts as a formation of the contract of sale between the Company and the client.

Purchasing orders placed for Products on the Web Site shall be payable in Omani Riyals. The full payment must be made on the date of the order by bank card unless the Company clearly states its acceptance of special terms of payment.

The Company reserves the right to cancel the fulfillment and/or delivery of any order, whatever its stage of fulfillment, in case of a failure to pay or in case of partial non-payment of any amount of money that the client owes to Kate Kerdi Home, or in case of fraud in the use of the Web Site and the payment of an order.
