Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your final item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A client is responsible for all expenses regarding the return of the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a client initiates a return, the Company shall refund them for only the Products returned using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless the client expressly requests a different method of payment. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, within 14 days following the receipt of the Products by the Company.
Clients are hereby informed that their payment may only be partially refunded, or none at all, in case of damage to the Product(s) returned after the refund request as a result of mishandling by the client.

Clients are also hereby informed that their right to initiate a refund does not apply to any custom Products that are produced on the basis of a client’s special requests.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and adjust accordingly. It is the sole responsibility of the client to check all Products before signing the delivery note. Once the note is signed, it is deemed that the Product(s) has been checked and approved by the client. 

In the case where a damaged product is delivered, the client must write the damage clearly on the delivery note, and contact the company as soon as possible to send a new product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
