Care Instructions

Your marble pieces shall require certain care and maintenance in order to maintain their luxurious look. Proper basic housekeeping practices should be applied, such as immediately wiping off spills of any type with a clean cloth, and the recommended use of coasters and placemats.
Marble is a porous stone and is vulnerable to staining, especially from acidic products including lemon, vinegar, and wine. Cooking oil can also be damaging to marble, so it’s crucial to quickly wipe up any oil spills.

Marble is not scratch-proof. It’s always recommended to use a cutting board for the purpose of chopping or cutting to avoid scratching your marble surfaces. Marble is not heatproof, so the use of trivets or hot pads when placing hot pots and pans on your marble surfaces is also recommended.


Wood Care:

Clean with a damp lean cloth and follow the grain of the wood. Water should not be used in excess amounts, nor should it ever be allowed to stand on wood surfaces for a long time. For more thorough cleaning and removal of oils, grime, and dirt build up use a mild detergent solution and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
